Cinnamon Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Forget packaged bars. Forget homemade bars. Take a plate of muffins with you to work instead. Be warned, you can’t eat just one.
Ingredients:
•2/3 cup canned pumpkin
•1 egg
•2 egg whites
•1tsp oil
•½ cup splenda
•1 scoop choc protein powder
•1/3 cup unbleached all purpose flour
•¼ tsp salt
