Make Guaranteed Gains: The No S*%T Files

People make things too hard, except their bodies. Here are sure fire (and ridiculously obvious) methods of making huge gains in a short period of time.
1-Get back to eating food.
You know, loads of it. You remember the good ole days of shoveling your face with massive amounts of food and then lifting heavy weights. This was before a pre-workout meal was just supplements and a shake. Let this jog your memory.
2-Get back to lifting weights
When you see more questions about cardio methods than lifting, something is wrong. Get in the gym and lift heavy stuff, and lots of it, over and over again. Amazing enough, it works.
3-Stop worrying about being so lean
Sure you don’t want to be a complete fat ass, and partitioning is better at lower body fat levels, but you don’t have to see your full six pack ALL the time when lifting. If you have a few fat weeks, you prissy girl, deal with it. This goes for women too.
4-Don’t wake up to eat. Sleep instead.
The guys that preach wasting one of the best times you have for Growth Hormone by waking up and eating, are wrong. Tell them to hit their own snooze button and keep it to themselves.
5-Deload/Rest
Hormones tote a fine line between helping you and not. Rebuilding can’t occur on a shaky foundation.
